There is a lot of room for improvement w.r.t eye checkup (power correction). I was surprised to find the numbers advised at this clinic *incorrect* (both cy and axis) when crosschecked at a couple of other centers. I wish and believe the management would look to implement improvements in future. As a patient, you must insist to double check the results because the vision correction is as important as any other clinical treatments. The clinic seem to have decent facilities but, I felt the basics are missing.

She's is a wonderful doctor, listens to your problems very patiently. She explains the treatments very clearly so that we can take an informed decision.

I would say her advice and diagnosis was more than satisfactory and to the point. I would highly recommend her to other acquaintances.

I went for eye infection and general checkup. Doc completely missed the infection and started checking the power. And then she called me next day to check power. In end i have to remind her for infection and ask for medicine which obviously didnt worked .

Went to Ebisu eye care for regular eye checkup.

The doctor reached very late, she did the check-up in a hurry even though there were only 2 patients and I was the first one. *** **** ** ***** *** ***** ****** ****** * ***** ******* **** *** ****** ** ********** ***** *********** She did not even ask about any eye problem I am facing and when I tried to explain the same, *** *** *** ********* ******** and just wrote some eye drops. * ***** *** *** *** ****** *** *** ********* *** ******* ** ** ************** ******* Won't recommend this place to anyone for an eye checkup although the staff was pretty cooperative.

Visited doctor as some particle entered into my right eye and she confirmed immediately saying it might be wing of an insect and removed promptly. Entire check up and removal lasted less than 5 min. She asked me to report to reception and the person at reception asked me to pay another 300 apart from consultantation fee (400) which I already paid. The staff is clueless on what comes under consultation as I already knew my problem and why the doctor has not told that removing will cost extra. Even staff knows problem before I visited doctor. The doctor or the staff should have told procedure before. * **** **** **** *** **** ********** *** **********

Took my son to doctor, she was more worried about her equipment( my son eye was red so if she use the machine to check eye the machine that they use gets contaminated coz that redness may be due to some so called bacteria) *** ******** ***** ******** just suggested use few medicines. My son condition got worse and took him to other doc, she said it is conjunctivitis and gave medicines.

Good doctor. Very friendly. Some blood cells in one of my eye had ruptured due to some unknown reasons. I got very scared. But she did a good job in calming me down. Turns out its not a big deal. It can happen to anyone.

Very good doctor and very good eye clinic, staff is very polite and will not keep you waiting . Had nice experience

Very good and kind doctor. Explain everything in a very detail manner. Staffs are also very good in hospital.
